He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Priscilla Salazar; son, David Natal; and brother, Manual Salazar.
Joe will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Dominga Salazar; beloved children, Rose (Miguel), Adam(Rosemary), Mario, Mike, Robert, Gilbert; son-in-law Sergio Rodriguez;14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 6 brothers; 6 sisters; numerous other relatives; and a host of friends.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Monday, January 29, 2018 at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home with a Recitation of the Holy Rosary 7:00 P.M. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 12:00 P.M., Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1206, E. 9th Street. Interment will follow at Onion Creek Memorial Park.
Honoring Joe as pallbearers will be Adam Salazar, Jr., Joe Salazar, Jonathan Garza, Robert Gil Natal, Charles Natal, and J.J. Natal.
