He is preceded in death by John Paul Ellis Jr.
He is survived by daughters; Patricia Coneff, Paula Allen, Gina Kamp, Beverly Cody; son, Charles Ellis; three step children, Cason Stephens, Alicia Guffy, Cindy Sanders; one sister, two brothers, twenty six grandchildren, twenty five great grandchildren and his faithful dog and companion Samson.
The family will receive friends at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, July 2, 2004, and a memorial gathering to celebrate his live will begin at 10:00 a.m. at Wilke-Clay-Fish Funeral Home in Austin.
