John Henry Lambert

Private Memorial Services will be held at Ritchay Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids. The Rev. James Altman will officiate, burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery in Wisconsin Rapids.

John was born December 28, 1939 in Wisconsin Rapids to the late Everett and Mary Rose (Karpinski) Lambert. He was a graduate of Assumption High School's first graduating class. He received a degree from Indiana Technical College in Fort Wayne, Indiana and a Masters degree in business from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas. John was employed by Texas Instruments in Austin, Texas as an electronics engineer, retiring in 1995.

John was a member of the Central Texas Accordian Association and the Central Texas Bluegrass Association of Austin, Texas. He enjoyed flying and had earned a pilot's license, was a volunteer at the Austin Police Department and was a Hamm Radio Operator.

He is survived by sister, Rita (Bruce) Brockman of Wis. Rapids, WI; brother, Paul Lambert of Wis. Rapids, W; good friend, Sherrill Miller of Austin, TX; six nieces and one nephew.

John was preceded in death by his parents, one sister - Jean (Jim) Sachs of Stevens Point, WI and one brother - George (Darlene Tuttle) Lambert of Nekoosa, WI.
