Joseph R. Barba Jr. was born to Joseph R. Barba Sr. and June R. Barba on July 10, 1953 in Des Moines, Iowa. He passed away in Austin, Texas on October 31, 2018. He is preceded in death by his mother and father; a sister, Margo Malloy; and a brother, Johnny Barba. He has three surviving siblings, Peggy Miller, Connie Thompson (Gary Thompson), and Desi Barba (Tammy Barba); and a host of nieces and nephews. Joe loved to fish, hunt, and enjoyed good conversation with his family and friends. He will be greatly missed. Rest in Peace.
