Joseph G. Jordan, retired El Paso Electric Company manager and United States Air Force Lt. Col. Died Monday, April 25, 2005. He was 89. He is survived by his wife Helen, son Joseph Gary, daughter-in-law Arlene, grandson Lyle Jordan and his wife Jennifer, great grandsons Spencer and Bryce Jordan, granddaughter Amanda and her husband Doctor Jacob Ransom. He was a retired El Paso Electric Manager, Lt. Colonel Air Force, and a veteran of WWII and Korean Wars. He was a life member of the Downtown Lions Club and a mason from Mason Lodge 1111 in El Paso. He wanted all to know his greatest achievement was accepting the Lord and being a born again Christian. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 27th at Weed Corley-Fish Funeral Home in Austin, Texas. Graveside services will be on Thursday April 28, 2005 at 1:30 p.m. at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas with full military honors.
