Dear cousins - Joe B, Ann, Vicky, Jim and Yvonne,

Please know that I'm deeply saddened and thinking of you all. Certainly know that few words are able to bring comfort at a time like this. 
May fond memories of your wonderful Father bring you comfort. It's been so many years since I last saw Uncle Joe, but I can remember clearly as kids us all getting together many of summers at Grandma's in Yoakum. I have memories of Uncle Joe being fun to be around and told interesting stories about the family summer drives from PA to TX!

Mr. Collins as I called him back in 1964 was a teacher that tolerated my antics.  I would sometimes cause him much consternation but I remember his smile and tell me I was better than that!  He was an inspiration.  Sorry for your loss.  He was such a nice man!

I was just your daugter in law but you love me and care about me like a daugter , and I love you and care about you like a father . He was a really good grand father and great grand father . I miss you so much even if you come to visit me in my dreams .i love you for ever...

Collins Family: My deepest condolences. Joe and I were colleagues in the HASD, and I always appreciated his dedication to the job and his respect for the students.

Dad , I'm  just your daugter in law , but you always treat me like daugter and I loved you and care about you like a father . I miss you already , I don't know what I'm going to do with out you ,but thank you for visit me in my dreams it's the second time I see you and I told you one day we are going to be together again . Sorry for the loss of Uncle Joe. He will fondly be remembered as a guy having a great sense of humor and love of family. We used to love to visit him whenever we were in PA. Know that God will give you the strength to get through this. Prayers and thoughts are going out to you now and time to come.

Growing up I was friends with Mr. Collins youngest daughter Yvonne. I have fond memories of being at the Collins home and of Mr. Collins teaching me to ride my bike. Condolences to the entire Collins family. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

 Mr. Collins was my Jr. High Assistant Principal and his daughter Vicky was one of my classmates.  I had a lot of respect for him and I always thought that Mr. Collins was a very nice, kind and gentle man. I'm so very sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with Vicky and the rest Mr. Collins family.
