John Michael is survived by his parents, father, Joe Diaz Jr. and partner, Sonia Garfias; mother, Tamara K. Diaz; sister, Victoria R. Diaz; aunts, Dee Lopez and husband David, Esther Lafuente and husband Michael, Juanita Tavares, Jana McElroy; uncle, James F. Diaz; numerous relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 11:00 am at Assumption Cemetery Mausoleum. Interment immediately following the service.
