Joseph Leon Gordon, Jr. July 3, 1954 December 17, 2003 Joseph Leon Gordon, Jr. was born July 3, 1954 in Astoria, Oregon. Joe was a beloved husband, father and friend. He was a man of integrity, compassion and kindness. He lived for his family and friends. He is survived by his wife of 19 years Katie Gordon, who he loved and adored. He left behind two beautiful children, April 24 and Sam 14. Joe was childlike in so many ways. He touched the lives of many teens and young adults as an alcohol and drug counselor with PDAP and Beverly Glenn Hospital. He was an active member of AA. Joe grew up in Huntsville, Texas and moved to Austin in the early 80s. He became one of the finest cabinetmakers in town. The memorial services will be held at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, Sunday, December 28, 2003 at 2:22 p.m. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been set up for the family @ ABC Bank.
