Joyce was one of my great loves in this life. Not like it sounds. She was just a truely great & sweet person. Who couldn't love her. She will be missed.



Joyce was one of the most caring loving persons - just like her mother (Mamaw Schmidt) 

The world needs more BIG Hearts in it like Joyces!

I have never known such a kind, loving and giving person as Joyce.  The treasured memories of her and the many ways she reached out to everyone around her will always be with me.   She was the sunshine to all of us who had the good fortune to know her.  You were a stranger to her only until she said hello and welcomed you into her world.  She was the kind of friend that everyone should have in their life.  What a blessing she was to all who knew her.  Thank you for alIowing me the priviledge of being a part of your loving family.

I was so sorry to hear of your mothers passing. She was undoubtedly a devoted mother and grandmother who's friendly, loving personality is reflected in you. Our hearts and prayers are with you and your family during this very difficult time 



Joyce was such a loving grandmother. Her face would light up every time she saw her grandchildren. Her presence will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers for comfort and healing are with the family. God bless you during your time of great loss!

On behalf of Danna, Patrick, and myself, we are deeply saddened to hear the world has lost such an beautiful and amazing person. Joyce has always made us feel welcomed to be apart of her family and as, it feels like we have lost part of ours. Joyce will always be remembered for her kindness and free spirit. Our family will never forget her because of the impact she has made on our lives and is blessed to know you have an amazing spirit watching over your family for the years to come.

When we think of Joyce,we think of a warm and caring person.  From the first time she welcomed us into her home as newlyweds in Huntington Beach, she was always upbeat, kind and a pleasure to be around.  Our most treasured memories of Joyce will be the couple of days we spend with her and Nick in Williamsburg.  We talked and joked and laughed, and just had a really good time.  We will sorely miss her.  With loving thoughts, Diane and Matt



Last week, at Seton, one of the nurses asked me about my relationship to Joyce.  I told her that we loved the same children and grandchildren.  Her passing has left a hole in their lives.  But, they will always remember and love her and her spirit will always be with them.



There really is so many great memories with Joyce and the Greco Family it would be really Hard to choose one.. She was a role Model of a mother, Wife and Friend.... Kim is my best Friend and We alway's hung out , Joyce and Nick were like another set a grandparents to Heather and Cierra,  We have known them befor Cierra was Born and she is gonna be 20 in March. I remember one Time we went to the Beach with them and had so much fun... I could Take up page's and Page's of the great Memories. with a very close, loveing family.... I remember Heather use to call them Bambi and Flower... cause Nick ask her what she wanted there name's to be...I am very sorry  that I can not be there for you'll... as you know I am overseas.. but my Love thought's, and prayers are there with each of you... all my Love Donna...

I was so sorry to hear of the loss of your wife, Joyce.  I was in Austin on Friday afternoon when I learned of her passing. I'm sorry that I will not be able to attend the service Saturday morning.  I have other commitments tomorrow morning in Cuero and will be returning home this evening.
