Juanita Kathleen Perry

Juanita Perry was born on September 13, 1941 to Katherine and James C. Lynch in Kerrville, Texas. She was one of four children. Her sister Marjorie Little, along with her husband Bonnie, reside in San Antonio; her brother James R. Lynch, and his wife Sharon, also in San Antonio; her other brother John K. Lynch and his wife, Frances, live in Brownwood.

She graduated from Thomas A. Edison High School in May of 1958. She married in 1960 and had two sons, Douglas Strube, and his wife Sandi and their daughter Pamela, reside in Cedar Creek, Texas. Her other son, Dennis Strube, resides here in Austin, Texas.

She met her present husband, Frank Perry, in 1977. With this marriage came four step children: Cathy Carter and her husband Jim live in Ft. Myers , Florida along with two children; Janet Fife and her husband Carl lived in Middleburg, Florida along with one child; Robin Aiken and her husband , James, live in Leander, Texas along with one son, Joey; David Perry lives in Ft. Myers, Florida.

Her life with Frank was a joy to her. She was very happy and really enjoyed their life together. Most of her later life she spent in caring for the elderly. She enjoyed her work; she had always loved and enjoyed being with older folks. She helped care for her father- in- law, Leonard Sessions, until he passed away in 1985. After his death she continued to help care for mother- in- law, Agnes Sessions.

Both her mother, Katherine Lynch and her father, James C. Lynch has pre-deceased her. During her lifetime she had a best friend, but none who meant more to her than her husband, Frank, Liz Strube, Irene Pierson, Juanita Stiles, and Michele Morgan, those friendships saw her through a lot of hard times.

These remarks were written by the deceased and she wanted everyone to know she really enjoyed living and having such great friends, and she looks forward to seeing all her family and friends in the land beyond the sunset.

A Funeral service will be conducted at two o’clock in the afternoon on Tuesday, the 21st of May, in the Colonial Chapel of Cook-Walden Funeral Home, 6100North Lamar Boulevard, Austin, Texas. Interment will follow in Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery, Pflugerville, Texas.
