Ken was born in Topeka, Kansas on November 29, 1922. His parents were Opal and Ray Pringle. A sister, Flora Lee Fornal, and a brother, Robert Eugene Pringle preceded him in death.
Ken was married to Mary on September 5, 1948, recently celebrating their 64rd anniversary.
Ken served in the US Army 815th Anti-aircraft artillery battalion in the European theater of World War II from March of 1943 to March of 1946.
Ken is survived by his wife, Mary Pringle of Austin, Texas; his son, Mark Pringle of Carrollton, Texas; and his daughter Beth Pringle, from Austin.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Friday, October 26, 2012 at Cook Walden Funeral home, 6100 North Lamar in Austin. Interment will follow at 3:00pm graveside at Austin Memorial Park Cemetery.
