Don’t cry for a soul set free
We think our mom would agree
Her Journey has just begun
She’s going sightseeing… above the trees and the sea
Resting from the suffering and the tears
She’s comfortable where there are no days or years
So please don’t cry for a soul set free
We want to thank you Mother for teaching us well
Though it is time for us to bid you farewell
Remember not her fight for breath
Remember not the death
Please remember not the sorrow
But celebrate the life and love beyond tomorrow.
