

Lee was born in Austin, Texas to the late Georgia and Sina City. He graduated from Carver High School in Georgetown, Texas. After serving four years in the Air Force, he moved to Fairbanks, Alaska to work for RCA Service Company as a senior technician for six years. He Returned to Texas to attend the University of Texas in Austin Receiving a B. S. Degree in Electrical Engineering. To the end he was a very proud and loyal Longhorn, always wearing his UT cap and shirt. He went on to receive his Masters Degree in Business from the University of California in Los Angeles. He worked at IBM Marketing until his retirement. Eventually, moving back to Georgetown.
Lee’s favorite pastimes were keeping up with all updates in the computer world, traveling around the country visiting family and friends, and watching UT sports while wearing his UT attire.
Lee is survived by brothers Albert City of Georgetown, Texas and Lester R. City of Humble, Texas; sisters Etta Faye City of Chesapeake, Virginia and Edna M. City of San Antonio, Texas; nieces and nephews; and many cousins and friends. He is predeceased by parents and brother Levoy “Jack” City.
A Memorial Service celebrating the life of Lee will be held at a later date.
