Lena Larson Bryant 6/15/1930 4/07/2005 Lena Larson Bryant, age 74, of Austin passed peacefully on April 7, 2005 at home surrounded by loved ones. She was born on June 15, 1930 at Fox Island, Washington to Albert and Eva Lena Larson. She married Howard C. Bryant on September 20, 1948. Traveling all over the world with her military husband she managed to raise four wonderful children and make a loving home wherever she was. As her children grew and married, she opened her heart to love each new member. Along with her own children, she opened her heart and loved her deceased sister, Phyllis Larson Presleys children as her own. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend and will be missed by all. Her family was her life. Lena is survived by her devoted husband, who was her best friend, caregiver and soul mate, Howard C. Bryant; daughter, Linda Grantham and her husband Kenneth; son, Howard C. Bryant Jr. and wife Vicki; daughter, Rita Schuster and husband Roy; and son, Harvey Bryant. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Pat Tucker and wife Becky, Bryan Tucker and wife Jessica, Cody Tucker, Tina Sabala, Daniel Bryant, Steven Bryant, Adam Bryant, Rhea Long and husband Ricky, Travis Bryant and Lindsey Bryant; great-grandchildren, Hannah, Noah, Meagan, Jeremia, Joey Jr., Preston, and Haydyn; nieces and nephews, Judy, Trudy, Tammy and Terry; sisters, Alberta Whaley and Viola Barnes; and special loving pet Coco. Lena was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 860 in Dripping Springs. With the passing of one life, we always have the blessing of a new life. A new great-grandson will be born in May 2005 to Bryan and Jessica Tucker. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 9th at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home.
