Leslie Valdez

Leslie passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home and care of her best friend.

Leslie was born on October 21st, 1965. She grew up in various towns/states including California, Chicago, IL, Rosenberg, TX, and East Bernard, TX. She spent her last year's in Austin, TX.

Leslie was a high spirited person who dumped her love into her cat rescue world. She had big plans she always said.

She spent a lot of time with her best friend who was also her caretaker. Anthony was a huge support for leslie, in many aspects from health, to her rescues.

Leslie was working hard to rekindle lost connections and become a reborn Christian. Time did not want to wait though.

Leslie is survived by her fiance Matt Milligan, best friend Anthony Clark, adoptive father Donald Leindecker, her step sisters, Pamala and Crystal Leindecker, her daughter Aurelia Nunez, plus a host of other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother Bobbie Ballard, stepmother Mary Leindecker, her son Christopher and her sisters, Donna Leindecker and Nancy Brown, among various other family members and friends.

She will be laid to rest privately, surrounded by immediate family & bestfriend.

A graveside service will be held at Travis County Wells School Road Cemetery, located at 14510 Wells School Road, Manor, TX, 78653, United States. The service is scheduled for March 2, 2026, from 11:00 am to 11:30 am.
