Lola Mae Ray

She was preceded in death by her parents, Anton and Leona Blohm; her husband of 69 years, Jay Ray; a daughter Diana Ray Watson; her brothers Elroy and wife Freda and Eugene Blohm; sister-in-laws Gloria Ussery and husband Bill, and Shirley Harlen and husband John; brother-in-laws Jack Ray Jr. and wife Mary, Jim Ray and George Peters.

Lola is survived by her daughter, Jaylene Ray Aasa and husband Gary of Shelley, Idaho; sister Patricia Blohm of Arlington, Texas; sister-in-laws Genia Blohm of Groveton, Texas and Dolly Nuse of Sun City, Texas; son-in- law, Alan Watson of Austin, Texas; granddaughters Michelle Bradbury of Pflugerville, Texas; Stephanie Tong of Austin, Texas; and Amanda Lipe of Silt, Colorado; great grandchildren Kaylah Tong and Sara Bradbury of Austin, Texas; Madison Stricker of Tucson, Arizona; Austin Cartwright, Joseph Tong, Thomas Tong of Austin, Texas; Jaycob Lipe of Silt, Colorado; Jeremy Lipe of Idaho Falls, Idaho; Aubrey Lipe of Silt, Colorado and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Serving the family as Pallbearers will be: Austin Cartwright, Joseph Tong, Tommy Tong, Michael Blohm, Brian Blohm, and Clay Luksovsky.

A Visitation will be held Friday, January 9, 2026 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Cook Walden Forest Oaks Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 6300 W. William Cannon Drive, Austin, Texas 78749. Lola's funeral will be held on Saturday, January 10th, 2026 at 10:00 am at Oak Hill Baptist Church, 6907 Convict Hill Road, Austin, Texas 78749. A graveside service will follow at Cook Walden Forest Oaks, Austin, Texas.
