Elaine Stephens Elaine Stephens, age 78, of Austin, died Thursday, March 16, 2006. She was born March 26, 1927, in Commerce, Texas. Elaine lived in Wichita Falls, Texas, where she worked as an Interior Designer. She retired in 1996 and moved to Austin to be with her family. She is preceded in death by her husband Bob Stephens. She is survived by her daughter, Lisa S. Broadwater and husband Frank; and granddaughters, Whitney and Bess. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 20, 2006, at St. Albans Episcopal Church, 11819 IH-35 South (282-5631), The Reverend Margaret Waters officiating. Serving as pallbearers are Bob Webb, Bob Puckett, John Stewart, Steve Steward, Darren Grissom and Bill Glade. Interment will follow at Live Oak Cemetery, Manchaca, Texas.
