Survived by: Her three sons and wives: Kevin and wife, Kathy; Kerry and wife, Gloria, and Kurt and wife, Vanessa. Her five grandchildren: Jason, Sara, Jordan, Samantha and Mykin and five great grandchildren: Oliver, Nora, Maggie, Bennett, and Iris.
Lutanna “Lu” was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. Her passions were family, church and community service. She enjoyed a life moving with her family around the world from California, Germany, Alabama, Minnesota, Japan and settled in Austin, TX. for 37 years where she and husband Allen “Al” retired
She taught preschool at St. Peters Lutheran Church in Afton, MN. A civil servant in Afton, MN. Worked in the church office and was instrumental in establishing a large network of small group Bible studies at Redeemer Lutheran Church, Austin, TX.
Services will be at Redeemer Lutheran Church 1500 Anderson Lane, Austin, TX. Lu will be laid to rest with her husband at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery, 11463 TX-195, Killeen, TX 76542. In Lieu of flowers please make memorial donations to: Redeemer Lutheran Church (www.redeemer.net/give).
