How difficult it is to lose this longtime friend.  A man with a gentle spirit and warm heart.  I met him and his wife in 1966 right after moving to Austin.  Hugs to his beloved family.

Our prayers and thoughts are with the entire Phillips family but  especially with Ms. Amy.  What a blessing to have known Mr. Lyman. All his good works will certainly not be forgotten. And he will be missed tremendously.

What a dear and wonderful Dr he was. I enjoyed working with him in admissions at the state hospital for many years. My heart goes out to his family. We all were so blessed to have had known him. He touched so many lives and will be forever in our hearts.

My wife (Esther Diaz) and I worked with Dr Phillips for a number of years at DDS. In addition to being a great colleague, a vast resource of information, he was as funny as they get. It was always a joy to consult with him on the most difficult cases. You came away feeling upbeat. He will be missed.

I am saddened to learn of Dr. Phillips passing.  Prior to relocating my practice from Austin to Lubbock, I experienced his warmth, caring and compasion with those entrusted to his care. He was a credit to his profession and a good man.
