Madeline Miller Roberts

Madeline Miller Roberts, 51 years old, a resident of Elgin, Texas, formerly of Austin, Texas, passed away on June 6, 2006 after a 22+ year courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis. Madleine was born in Austin, Texas, to Jerry and Harry Miller. She was preceded in death by her father, Harry Miller, her sister, Martha Miller and brother-in-law, Charles White. Madeline is survived by her husband and best friend of over 30 years, Robert Roberts, Sr.; daughter Roberta and son Robert Roberts, Jr.; granddaughter Ivy Markwell and grandson Matthew Roberts; mother, Jerry Miller; sisters, Maxine and Marilyn and brother Garland Miller; a host of nieces and nephews and many other family members and friends. Madeline loved to listen to the radio and loved Majic 95.5. She made many DJ friends over the years. The family would like to thank Dr. Albert Horn, III and Dr. Sara Bartos for their care over the years. Visitation will be on Friday, June 9, 2006 with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7pm. Funeral services will be on Saturday, June 10, 2006, at 2:00 pm at Wilke-Clay-Fish Chapel with interment following at Assumption Cemetery.
