Maggie Maè Scaff, 41, passed to our loving Lord on Monday, August 5th, 2013. Maggie Maè was born in Fontana, California and moved to Brownwood, Texas where she graduated from Brownwood High School.

Maggie Maè was a loving mother, wife, sister, daughter, and friend. She had a great sense of humor and was a true spitfire with a huge heart! She became a vital member of the Nelson family- helping David & Brenda raise their beautiful daughters: Jayna & Jessica, while obtaining her bachelor’s degree at Concordia University in Austin Texas.

Maggie’s proudest achievements were her two precious children—Foster and Connally. Maggie Maè was never a stranger to anyone. She had a passion for entertaining friends and family, making her home a haven to all. She especially loved her Longhorns, and loved celebrating in her burnt orange (the new black)!

She is survived by her loving husband Brian, her children Foster and Connally, and by her mother Bea, her brother Alex, her sister Alicia, and numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and other relatives.

We will miss Maggie Maè beyond words.
