He is preceded in death by his wife Irma, his parents Masedonio and Sarah Reyna Rios; his brothers, Michael, Paul, Joe, and Nick; his sister Debra Lopez; and his eldest son Frankie Rios.
He is survived by his sons, Manuel Rios Jr. and Johnny Joe Rios (Theresa); his brothers, Frank Rios (Diana), Sam Rios; and his sister Mary Helen Rios.
A funeral service will take place on Friday April 24, 2026, at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 2620 South Congress Avenue. The viewing will start at 4:00 p.m through 7:00 p.m followed by a service from 7:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m
