Margaret Maurine Moore

Preceding her in death are her husband, Billy T. Moore; daughters, Suzanne E. Moore and Donna K. Buchanan; and her twin, sister Mary N. Neely

Margaret is survived by her son, John P. Moore; daughter, Deborah J. Kelley and husband Jerry; daughter Margaret, D. Bertelson and husband David; 14 Grandchildren; 38 Great Grandchildren; and 13 Great Great Grandchildren.

Margaret enjoyed traveling; going to Ireland/Scotland, Hawaii and taking an Alaskan cruise, and making annual trips to Las Vegas. She also loved reading mysteries. She enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys and was an avid Texas Rangers fan. Margaret retired as a State of Texas employee at Vital Statistics.

Pallbearers are Jeff Buchanan; Scott Buchanan; Zachary Buchanan; Jeremy Kelley; Brian Bertelson; Jonathan Moore.

Visitation will take place Friday June 9, 2023 from 4pm – 8pm, with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7pm. Funeral services will be on Saturday, June 10, 2023 at 10 AM. Visitation, rosary and funeral services are all being held at Weed Corley Fish Funeral Home, 2620 S. Congress Ave. Austin, TX 78704.

Interment will follow at Cook Walden Memorial Hill Cemetery 14501 N. Interstate, Pflugerville, Texas.
