Margaret Faris Rogers

Margaret Faris Rogers, 82, of Austin, Texas passed away on March 22, 2006. She was born March 31, 1923 in San Benito, Texas. Margaret graduated from the University of Texas at Austin receiving a Bachelor of Science degree. She was a member of the Austin Women’s Club and a member of the University Christian Church. Her parents, Harriet Green Faris and Orville Alva Faris, preceded her in death. She is survived by son Patrick F. Rogers, daughter-in-law Debbie Rogers, grandsons Jeremy Rogers and Derek Rogers, and granddaughter Stephanie Rogers. Visitation will be held from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. on Friday, March 24th at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 25, 2006 in the Weed-Corley-Fish Chapel with Rev. Harold Guess and Rev. Joshua Ramirez officiating.
