She graduated from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines.
She was a Practice Administrator in Illinois and later retired in Austin, Texas.
She was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arcadio and Rosario Rodriguez, and husband, Nestor H. Alincastre.
She is survived by her daughters, Joyce Alincastre-Stone, Beatriz Scrimgeour, and Olivia McAdamis, six grandchildren, and two great-granddaughters.
A private family service will be held on March 23, 2026, at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Austin, Texas, followed by a private burial at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home and Memorial Park. The family is grateful for the thoughts and prayers of loved ones and friends during this time.
