Maria Del Rosario Gonzales, 58, of Del Valle, Texas, died at home February 23 surrounded by her loved ones. She was born, the daughter of Juan and Maria L. DeLaCruz. She was preceded in death by her father. Maria is survived by the love of her life Gilbert Gonzales; five beautiful children: eleven grandchildren, with one little boy on the way; her two sisters; three brothers; and their families. She devoted much of her time loving and caring for others. She was mama and grandma to all. We will all miss her dearly.
Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at 7:00 pm on Friday, February 24, 2012 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 2620 South Congress Avenue. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2:00 pm on Saturday, February 25, 2012 at San Jose Catholic Church, 2435 Oak Crest.
