

Mariela was born in Houston, Texas on September 4, 1998. She graduated from Saint Agnes High School in Houston, Texas and was attending the University of Texas, Austin.
Mariela will forever be remembered for the profound influence she had on others, assisting others whenever and wherever she could, as well as her intelligence and passion for moving people through her art!
Mariela also enjoyed digital marketing, playing the keyboard, cooking exotic dishes, engaging in deep philosophical discussions (or debates) regarding current social issues or high technology subjects such as computer technology, artificial intelligence and physics. She also was extremely competitive playing tennis and chess.
From a very young age, Mariela expressed a sincere desire to impact lives through active community activism. She cherished her first internship project to create a digital marketing campaign for a non-profit Black Woman-Owned organization that promotes the expansion of Medicaid in Texas. Other projects included the need to monitor and prevent human biases from being embedded within artificial intelligence applications.
She was greatly loved and sorely missed! Although Mariela departed her physical body, she is still present, within each and every one that was touched by her kindness, generosity and indelible imprint on their life.
Mariela's legacy and spirit will be forever cherished by her mother, Ms. Mariliza Biore of Houston, TX; her father, Mr. Lacarrda Williams of Houston, TX; her sister, Micaela Williams of Austin, TX; her brother, Matthew Godhelp of Houston, TX; Six Uncles, Eric and Randy Torres of Houston, TX; Arnel Biore of Chicago, IL; Kalor Williams Sr. of Amarillo, TX; Nijel Williams of Dayton, OH; Spree (Tim) Williams of Las Vegas, NV; Three Aunts, Fayvenia and Lisa Williams of Dayton, OH; Nyrtistene Williams of San Diego, CA; and a host of loving first cousins and friends.
