Marilyn Mangum, former resident of Evergreen, Colorado, passed on Sunday, October 14, 2007 in Austin, Texas. She was born on June 29, 1935 in San Angelo and grew up on their ranch with her parents, Ben F. and Myrtis Mittel, along with her brother, Ben Richard and sister, Melinda. Her husband, Charles, resides in Austin, along with their son, Greg, and his sons, Mark and Kyle. Their daughter, Marisa, and her family reside in Seattle, Washington. Her memorial service is being held on Friday, October 19th, in Austin. She can be lovingly remembered by memorials sent to South Texas Childrens Home, P.O. Box 1210, Beeville, TX 78104.
