Matthew earned a bachelor’s degree in 2017 from UT Austin.
As a son, Matthew was devoted to his parents and provided daily care, assistance, love and company. As a brother and uncle, he blessed us with his presence when he attended birthday parties, sporting events, concerts, competitions, special events, or just wanted to hang out.
Uncle Mickey was THE BEST uncle who had an uncanny way of comfortably relating to children and developing a genuine loving bond. As a friend, Matt, Matty, Sweet Jones, Jamesiest Jones was a source of light as he brightened lives and shared a special bond with each of them. Always willing to extend a helping hand or lend an ear.
Matthew was the kind of person you wanted to be around. You wanted to be near him because you knew you were going to have a good time. His jokes, his quick wit, his funny comments kept you smiling and laughing…constantly. If you knew Matthew, you were blessed, and you will cherish the memories fo sho… 😊 He gifted us all in ways we may not even realize and made our lives better by his love.
