Melanie Augusta Cook Horton, age 38, of Austin passed away on December 26, 2015.
She was preceded in death by her father, Terrance Eugene Cook.
Melanie is survived by her husband, Daniel Alexander Horton, Jr.; son, Ashton Liam Cook; daughter, Ariana Elizabeth Cook; mother, Kathleen Anne Cook.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm on Monday, January 18, 2016 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 2620 South Congress. Funeral Service12:00 pm on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at Funeral Home Chapel.
