Michael "Mikey" Ellsworth

He is preceded in death by his father SMSGT Charles A. Ellsworth, mother Margaret (Peggy), and sister Theresa Ellsworth Moore.

He is survived by his sister Carol Kitchens of Waco, sister Sharon Hammer and husband Mike of Austin, brother Anthony Ellsworth of Waco, brother Richard Ellsworth and wife Leslie of Georgetown, and sister Robin Ellsworth of Austin. Also, nephews Kent Hammer and wife Penny of Spring, Kristopher Holub and wife Brandi of Waco, Charles J. Ellsworth, Andrew Ellsworth, both of Marysville, WA and Manny Garcia of Victoria; nieces Kristine Jones and husband Craig of Houston, Cory Moore of Austin, Taylor Ellsworth and Kylie Ellsworth, both of Georgetown.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Memorial Park.

The family would like to thank Regent Care Center, St. Catherine Center, Providence Hospice of Waco, and Dr. Jeffrey L. Arnold for their loving care of Mikey over the past few years.
