I just found out yesterday, and am absolutely heartbroken-for you and your family, and for all of us from Emmaus. You will so greatly missed. I am still very shaken by the news.

Owen was a great guy and FBI Agent. He will be missed.

   Owen was a classmate in the FBI's New Agents' Training Academy in 1972.  He was a always a voice of reason in a setting that often tested us in our ability to remain calm in a storm.  Made of solid character, he was a good man with a wry sense of humor.  He will be missed.
