Pauline Z. Dominguez

Pauline Z. Dominguez of Manchaca, Texas born April 5, 1920 passed away peacefully on March 7, 2010 as her great-great-grandson Benny Montoya was reading a scripture from the Bible Corinthians 5:1-8. She was preceded in death by her parents, Felix and Tomasa Zapata; daughter, Patsy Arellano. Pauline is survived by her sons, Pete and Frank Dominguez (Dallas, Texas); daughters, Inez Perez (Crystal City), Lupe Serrano (Austin); 22 grandkids; 39 great-grandkids; 29 great-great-grandkids. We would like to thank her daughter, Lupe; granddaughters, Mary Montoya, Beatrice Espinoza, Nico Serrrano and DeeDee Aleman for always being there for her until her last day. Special thanks to the staff at Southwood Care Center and Hospice Heart to Heart. Serving as Pallbearers will be grandsons and family, Joe Arellano, Anthony Wade, Gilbert Marrero Jr., Mark Dominguez, Antonio Stephens, Romeo Davila. Honorary pallbearers will be Sonny Martinez Jr. and Matthew Johnson. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 2620 South Congress Avenue. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at Cristo Rey Catholic Church with Reverend Jayme Mathias OFM Conv. officiating. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
