
I'm sorry to hear of the loss of your loved one. My this thought bring you some measure of comfort. God promise that he will wipe away all tears, pain and sorrow that bring so much pain for all.May God comfort you at this difficult time.



I had the pleasure of meeting Pearl through my mother who worked at her firm for a few years. I was given the chance to come and work a summer with Pearl and was amazed at such a remarkable and strong person she was. My favorite memory of Pearl was when she took me to lunch at Shady Grove in her green jag. We were eating lunch and she was sitting across from me when she just blurted out that my eyelashes were so long that they looked like spider legs. She has remained in my heart all these years and my prayers go out to her family during these trying times!



I met Pearl when we both lived at one of the on campus Co-Ops at UT during our undergraduate years. Pearl was smart, funny, sweet, outspoken, passionate, mischievous, and could be maddening. I remember one day it was my turn to cook and I was in the kitchen when a boy she had just broken up with came flying through the kitchen and out the back door, followed quickly by Pearl. She said "come on" to me and we went outside and started walking down the street, only Pearl was walking down the actual street while I was on the sidewalk. As we walked back I asked her why she had been walking in the street and she said it was so he could see what he would be missing. 

Even as she became ill she never seemed to lose her spirit. I will always treasure our friendship. Love, Kathy.



Pearl was my roommate at UT.  I remember she was full of advice, life and laughter.  My favorite memory  -- It was a cold dreary day and we were getting dressed for class.  When I asked why she wasn't putting on her coat, she said "I can either be cute or warm.  Today I am going to be CUTE!"  My prayers are with you as you say goodbye to a unique wonderful person.



I remember Pearl from many years ago when my son went to school with young Michael. The two boys became good friends, and so did Pearl and I. She had such a wacky sense of humor, and was so sweet and funny.

I can't imagine all the pain she has endured over the years, I hope she finds peace and rest. Godspeed Pearl!  Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
