Philip Arthur Mercier, died September 29, 2010. Philip was born January 14, 1952 in Oneida, New York. He is survived by his step-mother, Annette P. Mercier; sisters, Pamela Williams and Yvonne Turner; brothers, Dean Mercier and Rex C. Mercier. He is preceded in death by his father, Philip Joseph Mercier. He is also survived by his good friends, L.T. and Karen Manry and Michael and Tawn House. Philip graduated from Oneida High School and soon after moved to Texas. Philip has worked many years at the Tanglewood Apartments North and has always been well liked. He has so many friends and loved ones here in Texas and he will be sincerely missed and loved forever.
The memorial service is to be conducted at two o’clock in the afternoon on Sunday, the 3rd of October, in the Colonial Chapel of Cook- Walden Funeral Home, 6100 N. Lamar in Austin.
