Phoebe, Torre, my dog Coco, and myself all met at an outside, scary agility field for our first class.
I didn't know at the time what an honor and a privilege it would be to get to know her and Richard.
I thank her for her positive attitude, perseverance, and steadiness.
She will be well remembered and greatly missed.

I will miss Phoebe very much - enjoyed her and Richard in our Sunday School class, and sitting in front of them in church. When my grandson was born - encephalocele - I was very worried and Phoebe with her training and knowledge was able to calm me and to what to expect and how the surgery would go.... she just knew he would be ok, she would constantly ask about him - he is 5 years old now and very healthy. Richard is always so kind and we would enjoy talking about our grandkids, all the activities they were in - I enjoyed his interaction.
Phoebe will be missed by all our class - even though she is no longer sitting in her normal chair in class I know she is watching from heaven.
Many blessings for the family - she was such a very special person - so caring, loving and smart-
she has laid a hand on each of us - and we are all better for knowing such a wonderful person as her - keep the memories close, that will help you healing..
God is protecting her know ~~ love to all the family

Phoebe was a caring and compassionate leader. She was quick to laugh and enjoyed bringing out the best in people. Working for her in the NBN is one of the highlights of my career and the source of many special memories.

Phoebe was such a kind, thoughtful person. She gave me my opportunity to become a NICU nurse 15 years ago. She was my Director during the time I lost my Son and she showed great compassion. Heaven gained a Special Angel...Prayers for Peace and Comfort for her Family during their time of Grief.

Phoebe was such an amazing soul. I was still in nursing school when i walked into her office and begged for a job. After working there a few months on night shift, my health started to suffer. I went back in her office to tender my resignation (new nurses could only work nights) and she said she wouldn’t accept it. She found another shift for me within 2 days. She was the most caring, loving, and accepting person I had ever met. I will never forget her or the way she treated others.

So many fond memories of working with Phoebe as a colleague for 39 years of her 42 years at St. David’s. She was a true professional. I especially remember two trips we made to Portland and New Orleans where we had so much fun combining business and touring the cities in our spare time. She will be missed!
