Ralph Hamilton Bailey

Ralph was preceded in death by his loving wife, Charlene Bailey and his daughter, Jackie Bailey.

He is survived by his children; sons, Charlie Smith and wife, Debbie and Darius Bailey; daughters, Angela Bailey, Casey Bailey, and Debbie Bailey; grandchildren, Joshua Smith and wife, Courtney, Brittany Bailey and husband, Jamie, John Michael, Andrew, Timothy, Roger, and Deanna Rose; great-grandchildren, Luke, Alex, Matthew, Jacob, Nick, John Ryan, Hayden, and Holly; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Ralph was a man devoted to his family and friends. He was a very generous and caring man. He spent his life doing for others and making sure everyone was taken care of. Ralph loved riding his motorcycle and playing with his “hot rod toys”. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

The family wishes to thank Austin Hospice for their care of Ralph and the many kind friends and neighbors for their helpful attention.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, June 27, 2013 at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home where Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 28, 2013 with Pastor D. Mayes of Fellowship Church Southwest officiating. Graveside Services will immediately follow at Assumption Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
