Becky was born on February 6, 1966 to Lawrence and Viola Salas in Austin, TX, where she attended and graduated from David Crockett High School. Becky worked as a manager for Mr. Gattis' Pizza until she took medical leave for a serious heart condition which eventually led to her retirement. Becky loved her family and friends so very much, especially her cat, Clowny. Becky was a kind and giving person and always willing to help without hesitation or obligation. Even after her passing, she gave of herself, as she saved lives by being a brave organ donor.
Becky loved her family, they were her priority. She took joy in caring for her parents and did it without obligation. This care extended to her nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and to all that knew her. She never passed judgment and was always welcoming. Becky never met a stranger. Her ability to stretch a story was undeniably one of her best qualities, next to her laugh. She had the best stories.
Becky had a very green thumb and loved to tend to her flowers. She was also a devoted Dallas Cowboys fan, winning or losing, and of course she loved her Texas Longhorns. She also had a faith in God, and because of her faith we know we will see her again.
Becky’s heart did not stop her from living a life full of love and happiness. She was full of light and it shined through her beautiful face and warm smile. A smile we will deeply miss.
Becky is preceded in death by her niece Mia Jordan McGee, Grandparents; Criselda and Lawrence Salas Sr., Pete and Frances Rincon, and Aunt Paula Banda and Uncle Pete “Butch” Rincon, Jr
