Richard Allen Hahn, a kind a gentle soul, died peacefully on September 28, 2006, at the age of 56. Dick graduated from Austin High School and the University of Texas at Austin. He served in the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Air Force Reserve for 21 years. In his retirement, he was co-owner of the St. Charles Gallery in Rockport, Texas. Dick leaves many who loved him. He is survived by his mother, Inda D. Hahn and his three children, Lindsey N. Hahn, Inda L. Hahn, and Richard J. Hahn. Other survivors include Dicks brothers and sister; Donald J. Hahn, Jr., David D. Hahn, Melissa Caylor and Dennis B. Hahn; eight nieces and nephews; and six great nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Donald J. Hahn. Very special people in Dicks life were Catherine Carroll, Dixie Howell, the Lee Steinle family and Gina Howell. Dick loved fine art, fishing, hunting, travel, sailing, and restoring old family photographs. He now sails the high seas. A private family service will be held at a later date.
