Robert Timothy Nolan Robert Timothy Nolan, 59, died January 11, 2008. He was born August 15, 1948, in Lake Charles, Louisiana. A graduate of Lake Charles High School in Lake Charles, Louisiana, he attended McNeese State University and LSU. He was one of the major surveyors for Carlson, Brigance, and Doering, Inc. in Austin, Texas. He was preceded in death by his mother Josephine Navarra East of Lake Charles, Louisiana. He is survived by his brothers Michael J. Nolan of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; John Thomas East of Lake Charles; his sister, Patricia East Laughlin of Rockwall, Texas; and father, U. Joseph East of Lake Charles, Louisiana. The family would like to acknowledge and thank AA for their support and love. Services will be at a later date.
