He graduated from McCallum High School in Austin and the University of Texas at Austin. He is preceeded in death by his father, Arndell Robert Kunschik. Jimmy is survived by his mother, Margaret Kunschik, brother, Jerry Kunschik (Nancy), niece Keri Clark (Andrew), nephew Kevin Kunschik, grandniece Kinley Clark, and grandnephew Jacob Clark. He worked many years in the construction industry and software sales. He was an avid reader and fisherman and spent many fun hours fishing with his father and brother.
