

He accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at St. John’s College Heights Baptist Church under the direction of Rev. W. M. Reed, where he remained a member until his death.
Ronnie lived a simple, private, and fun-filled life. He held numerous positions such as Security Guard, Cook/Baker, and his most recent employment at Auto Zone as a Parts Specialist, and there he remained until his health failed.
Ronnie’s passion was fishing with his children and his nephews (he would bet his nephews on who would get the biggest fish), cooking/baking, and the Chicago Bears.
Ronnie is preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy M. Denmon Reed; father, Robert L. Reed, Sr.; sister, Patricia Reed; infant sister and brother; maternal grandparents, Eric and Emma Denmon, Sr.; and paternal grandparents, Robert and Mary Reed, Sr.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Stephanie Reed; daughter, Niketa (Chris) McCoy; son, Ronald (Savannah) Reed, Jr.; eight grandchildren; sisters, Carol (Johnny) Fresch and Robbie Reed; brother, Clarence Stanfield, Jr.; three uncles, Leon Reed, Cecil Reed, and Raymond Reed; aunt, Eunice Joseph; special friend, Latisha R. Brown and a host of relatives and friends.
