Rosa was a great and lovely mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Rosa was preceded in death by her husband Enrique Recio, daughter Sandra Herlinda Recio and grandchild Enrique Recio III.
Rosa was survived and dearly loved by her son Enrique Recio Jr, daughter in law Maria C. Recio and her daughter Lilia Rios, son in law Andres Rios. She was also survived by the following grandchildren: Claudia V. Recio, Victor Recio, Andres Alberto Rios, Monica Rios, Herlinda Contreras, Ivonne Contreras, Karina Reyes, David Contreras, Armando Contreras, Xavier Contreras and great grand children Maria Isabella Masters, Parker James Masters, Araselli Nicole Contreras, Enrique Lorenzo Contreras, Maryjane Lizette Pineda, Jose Manuel Pineda Jr, Romeo Lee Pineda, Natalie Amanda Contreras, Armando Contreras Jr, Armani Austin Contreras, Adrian Antonio Reyes, Karina Celeste Reyes, Alazae Anai Reyes, Raphael Pablo Reyes, Jonathan Victor Contreras, Alissa Jasmine Deleon, Vyronika Ariel Angelia De Leon, Jesyka Deleon,Rico Sebastian Contreras, Timothy Ramos, Scarlet Rosario Ramos.
Rosa was a retired employee from the Laredo Independent School District. She was a hard working and generous person. She would always put others before her. In her free time she loved to sew and make cloth for herself and family. Her favorite store was Walmart and she would take any opportunity to ask anyone she could to take her shopping there and other stores. She will always be remembered by all that knew her for her jokes, playing board games and fun times.
