Ruby Marie Hejl Stanley, 93, passed away on Monday, November 3, 2008 in Austin. Mrs. Stanley was born on October 22, 1915 in Thrall, Texas. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother that enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Survivors include grandchildren, Denise Klein and husband Jeff, of Austin, Sherame Anderson and husband Shane, of Aledo, Mike Stanley and wife Toni, of Austin and Charles Stanley of Huntsville. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren, Cameron, Keegan and Aiden Klein of Austin, Ryan, Caden and Chase Anderson of Aledo and Brian and Katherine Stanley of Austin. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hilton T. "Pete" Stanley, sons Larry and Lynn Stanley as well as her parents, Henry and Helen Hejl, brother, Johnnie Hejl and sisters, Elsie Shiller and Lydia Fipps. The family would like to thank the Summit for her care during the last years of her life. Graveside services are planned for Friday, November 7, 2008, 1:00 p.m., at Taylor City Cemetery.
