Ruth Billingsley, age 91, passed away on Monday, July 23, 2007. She is survived by her grandchildren, Sam Lane of San Marcos, and David Lane of Arizona. Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, July 31, 2007 at Wilke-Clay-Fish Funeral Home.
