Rosary will be recited for Mr. Gaticia at 7:00 pm on Sunday, December 4, 2016 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 2620 South Congress.
Friends and family can pay their respects at the funeral home from 8:00am – 1:30 pm on Monday, December 5, 2016 with Funeral Service to follow at 2:00 pm at San Jose Catholic Church, 2435 Oak Crest Ave.
Burial will be at Assumption Cemetery in Austin. Survivors include one brother; several nieces and nephews; and his long-time caretaker, Irene Muniz.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Guadalupe.
Mr. Gatica had worked many years at IBM and was employed at Texas Lighthouse for the Blind at the time of his death.
