Guy Sean (Sean) Little left this earthly home way too soon on June 3, 2021. He was born on November 13, 1961 in Decatur, Illinois. He is survived by his mother Jerili Chance, step-father Eric Chance, his sister Vanessa Little, and his wife Deborah Little with whom he was married for 15 years. He was a caring step-father to Scott (and Camille) Lentz and Mat (and Erin) Lentz. He adored Vylette, Olivia and Evan, his step-grandchildren. He was a loving son, brother, and husband.
He graduated from The University of Texas with a degree in government and economics. He worked in the Austin area as a real estate agent and later became a broker establishing his own brokerage, Austin Lone Star Realty. Marketing as the “Duplex King”, he specialized in duplex sales in Austin and later throughout Texas. He was well respected by his many colleagues and clients. Many have said that he was open, honest, trustworthy and professional in all dealings. To many, he was more than a broker, he was a trusted friend.
Sean lived his life courageously and passionately. He loved all things western and the great outdoors. He was happiest when he was hiking, biking, rafting, ziplining and riding his motorcycle. He adored horses and his rescue dog, Bella. He would talk to people for hours and enjoyed meeting people from all walks of life.
Sean had a heart as big as Texas. He was a kind and generous soul who genuinely cared about people.
Sean will be missed by all those whose lives he touched.
Dress attire for the funeral will be casual.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his memory to Austin Pets Alive!
