Sherry Lynn Henry of Austin, Texas, passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at the age of 63. She was born on May 12, 1963, in Warwick, Rhode Island, where she grew up with her four siblings, Preston, Terri, Dennis, and Rene. Sherry lived in Austin, Texas, most of her life, where she worked for H-E-B for over 26 years and retired February 25, 2026.
She actively attended Christian Life of Austin church with her Daughter Stephanie and granddaughter Nori. She is survived by her husband, Stephen J. Henry Jr.; daughters Stephanie and Melody Henry; and sons John and Allen Henry. Sherry was a happy-spirited person who was strong, kindhearted, loving, and unforgettable. She is forever loved, deeply missed, and will never be forgotten.
A visitation will be held at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home, 6300 West William Cannon Drive, Austin, TX 78749, US, on August 1, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
