

Mom married our father Robert Holler, on15th of August 1954 in Peru, Indiana. After many years traveling with her husband who was in the USAF, they were station at Bergstrom AFB from May 1968 to April 1974 where her husband retired.
Mom was a member of Onion Creek Baptist Church since August 1994. Mom always considered herself a professional volunteer. She served over 25 year with the Military’s Family Services program and Austin Meals on Wheels. She served as the Bergstrom AFB Chapel Protestant Coordinator Religious Education Coordinator from September 1984 to June 1993. Always giving, always caring were often ways to describe mom.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert E Holler and her parents Donald and Gertrude (Cress) Leedy, and two sisters Mildred Cruikshank and Ruth Tresler.
She is survived by her two children: her son Jeffrey Holler, and daughter Nikki Grant and her husband Brian, her grandchildren: Michelle Holler, Michael Holler and Kacee, David and Misty Holler and kids, Philip Grant and his wife.
Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from three o’clock until five o’clock in the afternoon, on Sunday, the 17th of November 2013, at Cook-Walden Funeral Home, 6100 North Lamar Boulevard, Austin, Texas.
Funeral services will be conducted at ten o’clock in the morning on Monday, the 18th of November 2013, at Onion Creek Baptist Church, 8214 East Riverside Drive, Austin, Texas, with Pastor Philip Stephens and Ted Bosworth officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Hill Park Cemetery in Pflugerville, Texas under the direction of Cook Walden Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers and the customary remembrances, memorials may be sent to Meals on Wheels, 3227 E 5th St, Austin, TX 78702 or to her church.
