Sue Fulton

Dorothy “Sue” Fulton, 92, passed away July 28, 2015 in Austin, Texas. She was born on July 7, 1923 in Green Bay, Wisconsin to John Baptist Wetts and Myrtle Katie Paape Wetts. Sue was a nurturing mother who cherished her time with her family.

She loved to travel and experience other worldly cultures. Her adventures included China, Russia, Europe, Egypt and other faraway places. She was an avid gardener, artist, interior designer and extensive reader.

Sue is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas W. Fulton; son, Tim Fulton; and her parents.

She is survived by her sister, Betty Faulkenbury; daughter, Cathay Zipp and husband, Fred; son, Kerry Fulton and wife, Tammie; son, Kevin Fulton; and her grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from Noon to 1:00 P.M., Friday, July 31, 2015 at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home followed by Funeral Services at 1:00 P.M. in the Chapel.

Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, August 1, 2015 at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery, 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, Texas.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like contributions to be made in Sue’s memory to the Salvation Army or the Humane Society.
